Construction Documents Phase

This phase takes the approved Design Development drawings and produces a set of construction documents for the project.  In this phase you will most likely not hear much from us because we will be focused on adding all the details that are required for the Builder to successfully coordinate the construction of your project.  We will also be consulting with Engineers for any structural requirements needed for your project.  Although changes and alterations are possible at this stage, they become very costly due to the amount of time required to perform the revisions to the construction documents.  If the changes involve something that had been previously structurally evaluated they will need to go through another evaluation.
